Native River Mint (Av. 150g - 160g):

This semi-hard cheese is flavoured with native Australian river mint. The flavour profile is as unique as the ingredients. Spearmint notes shine through to compliment this cheese.

River mint is grown in SE Australia, around the Murray Darling Basin waterways.

Native Desert Raisin (Av. 150g - 160g):

Our Desert Raisin (also known as the bush tomato) is an Australian native-flavoured cheese. The subtle savoury tomato flavour works beautifully with our semi-hard cheese.

Bush tomato is grown in the central deserts of Australia from Tennant Creek, Northern Territory to Marla, South Australia.

Native Lemon Myrtle (Av. 150g - 160g):

The delightful fresh citrus tang of lemon myrtle compliments our semi-hard cheese perfectly. The unique combination of cheese and lemon myrtle is certainly a talking point of any cheese board or grazing platter.

Lemon myrtle is Australia’s most widely used native plant. It can be found growing in the coastal areas of Northern NSW and Southern QLD.

Native Alpine Pepper (Av. 150g - 160g):

This native plant grown in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, VIC, and TAS Alps finishes our semi-hard cheese with a subtle savoury and peppery flavour, complimented by a hint of herbs on the palate.

Our award-winning cheese is made from small batches of local Riverina milk. The Riverina milk is the foundation of our cheeses making them truly unique.

Handcrafted by innovative cheese maker Jenn Nestor in our boutique production facility in Coolamon. This artisanal approach results in a cheese with a distinctive texture and stimulating aromas and taste.
