Refund policy
Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by this refund policy.
The Coolamon Cheese Company reserves the right to not accept the cancellation of any order once accepted.
Risk of product damage and deterioration passes to you, as the buyer, on delivery, and customers are advised to unpack the package immediately on delivery and store correctly.
No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery will be accepted unless we’re informed within one business day of delivery and where such product damage or deterioration is due to to these delivery issues:
- Provision of an incorrect delivery address or instructions
- Unopened parcels
- Delayed deliveries due to weather problems
- Gifts to recipients who have gone away or unable to receive parcels.
A refund or replacement product will only be provided where there is legitimate concern around a product quality issue providing the name and batch number of the product are supplied to us and we can identify evidence of purchase.
We never ask you to return perishable product to us.
