Shipping policy

Shipping costs are $30 for a total sales value of up to $35, and $25 for any total sale over $35. From time to time, shipping costs may be reduced or free with special offers.

It is IMPORTANT that our transport conditions are understood by you and, if applicable, by your gift recipient:

Deliveries are dispatched Mondays ONLY of each week.

In the event that a PUBLIC HOLIDAY falls in the same week, then dispatch will occur on the FOLLOWING MONDAY

We deliver within NSW, ACT, VIC in Australia only.  If you have any uncertainty,  please CONTACT US on info@coolamoncheese.com.au

In the event that we cannot guarantee fast shipping to your address we will contact you and issue you a full refund.

We are not able to deliver to Post Office Boxes, the delivery address must be a physical home or business address.
