All Ballinaclash jams are made in small batches. Seasonal differences mean there may be slight variations in flavour, colour, texture and weight. If required, we add pectin or high pectin fruits to help jam to set and ensure the best possible product for our customers.
After opening, refrigerate & use within 4 weeks.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, Sugar, Onions, Apples, Chillies, Garlic, Cloves, Allspice.
