Ballinaclash Hot Black Cherry Sauce resembles a Worcestershire-style sauce. Made from Ballinaclash cherries, it has a well-balanced spicy flavour with a chilli kick! Great served with BBQ meat, it can also be added to dressings, marinades, sauces, gravy, and jus.
