Based on a recipe given to us by our dear friends and neighbours, Jack & Beryl. The flavours of fresh ginger ring through this sauce which makes it a great accompaniment to BBQ meats. It also compliments Asian-styled foods and can be used as a dipping sauce.

After opening, refrigerate & use within 4 weeks.
