COOLAMON CHEESE CO.
D'Brie (140g - 150g)
Our internationally acclaimed richly flavoured white mould cheese is silky smooth and creamy with a light open texture. The bloomy rind is full of mushroom earthiness and a lasting flavour lingering on the palate. 

Native River Mint (150g - 160g)
This semi-hard cheese is flavoured with native Australian river mint. The flavour profile is as unique as the ingredients. Spearmint notes shine through to compliment this cheese. River mint is grown in SE Australia, around the Murray Darling Basin waterways.

Native Alpine Pepper (150g - 160g)
This native plant grown in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, VIC, and TAS Alps finishes our semi-hard cheese with a subtle savoury and peppery flavour, complimented by a hint of herbs on the palate.

Onion Jam
Onion Jam is beautiful with biscuits and cheese, either straight from the jar or warmed in the microwave and poured over a block of soft cheese... Yum!!! Make some mini tarts with puff pastry and a dollop of onion jam for a tasty addition to a roast dinner and top with blue cheese or brie.
