Based on a recipe given to us by our dear friends and neighbours, Jack & Beryl. This is a versatile sauce that can spice up most dishes! Its mild chilli flavour works well with most meats and also makes great dipping sauce for Asian cuisine.
All Ballinaclash sauces are made in small batches. Seasonal differences mean there may be slight variations in flavour, colour, texture and weight.
May contain whole seeds or fragments.
After opening, refrigerate & use within 4 weeks.
