Have you ever wanted to make your own cheese? Well, now you can!
With this full-day experience, you'll gain all the knowledge and be given all the equipment you need to venture into the world of cheese making. Learn from an award-winning master cheese maker with over 15 years of experience in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Spend the day with our master cheese maker Jenn, as she takes you through a day of making brie and ricotta at our production facility in the small idyllic country town of Coolamon, New South Wales - located just 30 minutes from Wagga Wagga.
Upon arrival, be greeted with a coffee or tea, then join us in the factory as we take you through suiting up, pouring milk, adding cultures, stirring, cutting, and hooping cheese.
Workshops run from 9 am to 3 pm, with morning tea and lunch included (with a cheeky wine at lunchtime).
After spending the day learning the craft, you are given your own cheese-making kit, with everything you need to make cheese from the comfort of your own home (valued at $150!)
There are a maximum of 4 people per session, keeping the experience small, interactive, and hands-on.
These workshops are running for a limited time, and booking upon purchase is essential.
With plenty of accommodation available and lots to do and see, make a weekend out of this experience exploring the beautiful countryside of the Riverina.
