Ballinaclash Verjuice is made using a traditional, all-natural, Persian method. This perfect acidulate can be used straight from the bottle or in cooking. Great in dressings, casseroles, as a deglazer, in marinades, and desserts. Use in place of lemon juice or vinegar.
Gently roll the bottle to distribute the signature sediment.
