Our Apricot Jam is made from Ballinaclash sun-ripened apricots. Because our apricots are allowed to ripen on the tree, they are full of flavour and this ensures our jam is also full of flavour - just like grandma used to make!
All Ballinaclash jams are made in small batches. Seasonal differences mean there may be slight variations in flavour, colour, texture and weight. If required, we add pectin or high pectin fruits to help jam to set and ensure the best possible product for our customers.
May contain apricot stones and stone fragments.
After opening, refrigerate & use within 4 weeks.
Ingredients: Apricots, Sugar, Lemon Juice
No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
